There are 2 principal species of the coffee plant; Coffea arabica is the traditional coffee, and believed higher-ranking in flavor. Robusta, which drips with caffeine, are very cultivated in surroundings where Arabica will not thrive, leading to its use as an inexpensive substitute for Arabica in many commercial coffee products. Robusta isn't ordinarily ingested exclusively, because of its bitter and acidic flavour. Finer prime Robustas are employed as ingredients in other espresso blends.
