This may sound quite thick of me but I’m doing my work experience next week and i will be having to make lots of cups of tea and coffee, but personally i don’t drink hot drinks so i have no idea how to make a good one.

I have not made instant coffee in awhile but from what I remember is you put a rounded teaspoon of coffee into the cup and then pour in your boiled water. Then add cream or sugar as preferred by the drinker.
Good luck on your work experience.
