The side of mainstream cans of coffee (e.g. Maxwell House, Folgers, etc) suggest to use 1/2 cup of coffee grounds to make a 10-cup pot of coffee.
Do you follow this suggested strength recommendation? How much coffee do you personally use?

i love coffee but cant get a decent coffee maker where i live,i weaned myself off the strong black arabic coffee(gave me migraines) most things are generally available here as long as they are american goods.not being american i need to know good instant coffee brands from the u.s. is folgers good?

Is there any calories in Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee?
If there is how much is in a teaspoon?
I am wanting to know so if it did have calories, I don’t drink too much of it and then there would go my whole breakfast.
